Single girder crane is mainly composed of main girder, end girder, electric hoist, running mechanism, and electrical control system. The characteristics of each component are as follows:

Main girder: adopts a box or I-beam welded structure, lightweight design, and strong load-carrying capacity.
End beam: connecting the main beam with the rail, equipped with high-strength wheels and buffer devices to make the crane move smoothly.
Electric hoist: integrating hoisting motor, reducer, and wire rope/chain to realize precise lifting, with optional frequency conversion control.
Running mechanism: consists of a motor, a reducer, and wheels, driving the crane along the track, supporting variable frequency speed control.
Electrical control system: including control cabinet, remote control, or cab, realizing safe operation and automation functions (e.g., limit protection).
