Main girder:also known as a large girder, carries hoists and loads over the span. Two types of single and double girders are available.
Outriggers:Support frames, to connect the main beam to the ground and support vertical loads. It is designed as a box or A-frame and can be fixed or equipped with wheels to move around.
Lifting mechanism:lifts and lowers the load. Can be equipped with CD/MD wire rope hoists, Euro hoists, or electric trolleys; single/double speed or variable frequency.
End carriage/wheel:enables the crane to move along the track or yard. Adopt forged steel or cast steel wheels, equipped with a buffer and a derailment protection device to ensure the safety of outdoor operation.
Crane traveling mechanism:drives the whole crane to move horizontally along the rail or ground. Including motor, reducer, and braking system; specially designed for outdoor conditions, with dustproof and waterproof protection.
Electrical system:controls hoisting and traveling operations. Includes control panel, power cord, and braking system.
Ground rail or rubber tire:supports the crane to move on the ground. Ground rail: suitable for fixed rail. Rubber tires: flexible movement without tracks
